attraction & repulsion…concepts with which you’re all too familiar, yes? Reminiscent of ‘the’ Ark. Nice work mister roder.

This is terrific, Marc. Great work. I appreciated your prior painting and post about how the painting process defies one’s “intentions.” So true. And maybe a good thing. After all, who wants to paint only what they can think of? Your works are flights of imagination that can only be created through process itself.

I like this one. ….has some great vertical movement, and implied movement,with the magnets, but I can still feel grounded with it. I also like your use of color in this painting and in the picture you last posted.

What the heck is up with those pieces of steak in your paintings? Is this about being a hunk of meat?
